  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 50g parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
