🥕 Ingredients

  • 250g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tarragon or thyme, finely chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
