Heat wok over highest heat until smoking.

Add oil and swirl. Add ginger and garlic — stir 30 seconds.

Add broccolini — stir fry 2 minutes. Add snow peas — stir fry 1.5 minutes.

Add soy and oyster sauce — toss to coat. Remove from heat.

Drizzle sesame oil. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
