🥕 Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 2 cobs sweet corn, kernels removed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • olive oil for frying
